Seda grew up in North West Sydney and began her chiropractic career there. In 2021, she started working on the Central Coast and loved it so much that she made the move permanently in 2022. She is now the proud owner of Brisbane Water Spine Centre, where she's passionate about helping the community move better and live healthier lives.
She holds both a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Chiropractic Science and has been working in private practice since graduating. Her clinical focus includes managing neck pain, back pain, headaches and sporting injuries, with care tailored to each individual’s goals and lifestyle.
Having personally experienced ongoing headaches as a teenager and multiple sporting injuries, She understands the physical and emotional challenges that come with injury and setbacks. These experiences shaped her determination to use her knowledge and skills to improve health outcomes for others.
Outside the clinic, you’ll often find Seda hiking, playing soccer, tackling a good puzzle, or simply enjoying the Central Coast sunshine and beaches with her family.
Jane Tweedie founded Brisbane Water Spine Centre in 2007 and has grown the clinic from the ground up into the vibrant, trusted practice it is today. Deeply connected to the East Gosford community, Jane is passionate about helping people move well, stay active, and live healthier lives.
With strong ties to Central Coast sporting organisations, Jane supports athletes of all levels to perform at their best. She uses a range of techniques including Active Release Technique (A.R.T.) for treating scar tissue and chronic injuries, as well as the Activator instrument — a gentle, precise option many patients prefer over traditional manual adjustments.
Jane believes that regular chiropractic care enhances strength, coordination and energy, while reducing the risk of injury by keeping the spine and nervous system functioning optimally.
A lifelong Central Coast local, Jane enjoys an active, fun (and mostly healthy) lifestyle. When she’s not in the clinic, she’s a busy mum of two, dreaming of more surf sessions, summer beach holidays, great coffee with her favourite people — and getting back to exercising more than once a week.
Zach is a recent arrival to the Central Coast after growing up on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. He brings a diverse sporting background, having competed in rugby league and union, soccer, track and field, and even ultimate frisbee. Today, he stays active through running, strength training, and golf.
With a strong passion for sport and performance, Zach takes particular pride in helping his patients recover from sports-related injuries and optimise their movement and function.
He holds a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University, and is also certified in dry needling. His clinical interests include neck and lower back pain, shoulder and knee conditions, postural imbalances, headaches, and sports injuries.
Having experienced the benefits of chiropractic care first-hand through his own sporting injuries, Zach understands the powerful role it can play in improving quality of life. His passion for human movement, combined with his genuine care for people, underpins his commitment to helping patients live active, healthy, and pain-free lives.
